ok so will i make any money i have
used clothes (brands)
new baby clothes (some are brands not all)
A sleeping bag
a back pack
2 games
3 binder
a new nautica shirt
new boys izod jeans
a game boy with a carger
a cd
* and of clothing there is about 300 pieces of new and 80 used
used clothing is priced from 25 cents to 3 bucks
new is from 1-8 bucks depending on brand
the game boy is 15 bucks
the cd is 1 dollar
the game r 3 bucks each
the sleeping bag is 3 bucks
i am getting 3 sighns and advertising in a news paper

i had a lot of clothes..enough to cover a huge tarp...i sold almost all of it by giving them a box and telling them fill it up its a dollar a box...you need more things besides clothes....and although you have alot of unused items...a yardsale isnt really the place to sell clothing for 8 bucks..try a consignment shop instead...advertise and tell what you have misc. lots of clothing infant.womens size 6 ..whatever it is you have...put cheap in the paper...everything priced to go and then live up to that and you should have a good sale..try to hang some of your nicer things..separate it all by sizes or by gender...good luck

I don't know how much kids clothes you have, but it sounds like you will only have enough things for one or two small tables.
You should ask your neighbors if they have anything to sell. It will bulk up your sale and make more people stop by. With the limited items you listed, you will have a lot of people slow down, but drive right on by. If not that, then see if any neighbors are going to have a sale and try to coordinate the sales for the same weekend. You can share the cost of the advertising and people seek out neighborhood sales where there is more than one sale on a block.

You'll probably make about $100-$150. You should also list your yard sale on craigslist.org, its free and a great website for things like that, just be sure you post in the correct city/state, their default homepage is san francisco.

you should. Make sure you put alot of signs up more then 3. also put signs up in local stores
