ok, so I have an ex boyfriend who treated me like **** and put me through a lot. I know, it happens to everyone, but this was really bad. I need to know just how bad it has to be in order to sue the **** out of him. I actually went to therapy and stuff about it. Also, I wanted to know if I could get him in trouble, because he's living in Virginia with a bunch of his friends who are underage and his mother doesn't want to do anything about it. We live in PA. They drink and do drugs all the time. I wanna know if there's any way I could get them in trouble without his mother's help, maybe make him move back. *** I am not looking for a lecture, I'm looking for someone who knows something about the law. And yes I want revenge, so what? And yes I know I should be over him, but I'm not, and I don't care what anyone has to say about that. ***

You need to sue your therapist because if you feel this way after therapy they didn't do a good job. They way you are asking this question over and over shows what kind of person you are and I doubt if he treated you as bad as you think he did. I think it is something you made up in your mind. No wonder he left you. Let it go and find someone else to stalk.

So you want to sue? First, find an attorney who will take your case.
Then , we'll see how much of a retainer he wants. Remember, these guys don't work for free, $ 1000.00 or so might be a start.(plus expenses) This might be enough for a start. But at $ 200.00 per hour or more, this won;t go too far.
Then' what will you sue for? Money? How much is he worth?
Get some answers, then proceed. ,Good luck.

How many times are you going to ask this question? You have no grounds to sue anyone. You need to find a way to channel this anger out of your life.

Wow... I hope every guy you knows reads this and realizes what a vindictive, childish, pathetic excuse for a human you are. If you always act like this then you deserve to be treated like ****.

if he is in truoble with the law report him try to track him down call a good attorney you know give him as much info about him as you can start asking questions to people who might know him or about his where abouts call an investigator the only thing you could do is give them his social or his identification number to them its easier for them to find him like that.

If you have any friends of the dark sinned type, ask one of them. They are the experts when it comes to suing.
Just mention that you are looking for a "suitcase." He'll understand. Offer him at least 40%.
