Maybe you should think about why she doesn't want to have sex with you on a regular basis. Is it because your method may be too rough, or maybe because your sex drives are at opposite sides of the spectrum? You should talk about your needs, her needs, and try to find a medium. Also romance helps. Do you just want some or do you try to do something romantic every once in a while?

You got to have her *** on a regualr basis. So just master what she likes and what pleases her. Foreplay helps get her in the mood. Know how to stimulate her clit and hit her g-spot. Some girls like dirty talk or role playing. Bottom line is if your good at sex, then she will always want it, so practice on her. Remember each girl is different. My current gf needs sex more than I do, but I always make sure she cums at least once everytime.

become a GREAT lover. That means be more attentive of her needs than your own, pay attention to what turns her on, how she likes to be touched and where, and in what situations she gets all hot. Dont just pump in and out and have it be over in no time at all! Foreplay IS important, and if you can´t hold on long enough for her to orgasm then she´ll definitely not be looking for more anytime soon!
And, may I add, there´s no bigger turn-off than a pushy, needy guy who every time you kiss turns it into a makeout session which becomes a situation where you have to have sex, or who thinks every time the two of you are alone is the perfect moment to jump in the sack. Don't touch her for a period of time. She will then ask for it. Then tell her, once you started it, you need to have it with her on a regular basis. I bet she will agree.

Find out what she likes & DO it. Listen to her, see how she reacts to different things & use what works. That's my biggest complaint with my other half - he just doesn't get it. Thinks there's just a set way to do everything & if I don't like it, I'm the ****** up one. We're all different. Therefore, he doesn't get it much lol...

Perhaps you could respect her values and body more. If you fail to or cannot do that, then you are not worthy of her or really any girl for that matter.

You need to first talk to her and tell her your thoughts. If things don't change, you need to dump her, because you are not compatible.
