I plan to move to california soon, possibly in sept. i was wondering, what is the best/cheapest way to do so?

Leaving from michigan to california. ive looked up rent a cars with unmlimited miles, but i was wondering if there was anyother way cheaper.

Depends on how many people and if you want to stop along the way to see the sights. If you don't have enough drivers to trade off and keep driving straight through, then you have to consider paying for motels and such along the way. It also depends on how much luggage you are taking with you. Greyhound is probably cheapest. Or carpooling with others can also be considered.
