Steroids were in baseball since the 60's and that was confirmed.
Mark Prior's pitching coach,Tom House stated during an interview that players used less refined steroids in the 60's. He further stated that Steroids were around before he came in. So now what? We take all the records from 1945 on and forget them?
Exactly.

He has used steroids... there is no doubt about it... he even says he has thinned down now...and thats because hes layed off the juice...he cheated when he played in chicago...so no he should not be in the hall of fame...i feel the same way about Barry Bonds...they cheated and they certainly dont deserve to be in the hall of fame for things that they wrongly achieved

No way. Anyone that has cheated out the game of baseball doesn't deserve to be put up on a plaque in Cooperstown. No way Sammy!

i wouldn't be surprised if he was using steroids. if he was he definitely shouldn't get into the hall of fame, if all he did was cork his bat once he should get, after all he is in the 600 club

why doesn't anyone ever mention the NFL's poor poor steroid policy? hell, they didn't even have one until after the MLB had one.

you ban pete rose from baseball for demoralizing the game when to me, i think its more disgraceful using performance enhancing drugs. in all fairness, if rose is baned, sosa and bonds should be too.
