You may, well, be RIGHT, about the "EMOTION" in Mr. Urban's music, - but, I just happen to think, that, Brad Paisley's song, "HE DIDN'T HAVE TO BE", was, - and, IS, - one of the BEST songs, that I've heard, for MANY YEARS!
I am NOT adopted, but, - I am CERTAIN, - MANY of those who WERE, could, - very EASILY, - relate to the sentiments, therein!
On a more PERSONAL note, though, I must say, that, MY Father, - who DIED, almost NINETEEN YEARS AGO, (and, whom, I MISS, every DAY of my LIFE), was, - to ME, - as "SPECIAL", as the "FATHER", in the song!

Brad without a doubt! i like Keith Urban his music just isn't country enough it sounds more pop. Brad Paisley is also awesome on the guitar. also Brad Paisley is amazing in concert, i haven't got to see Keith Urban in concert but Brad Paisleys was so much fun the best performer i've ever seen.

ohhhh well, they both have their own qualities and they are so distinctively different from one another. Honestly, Brad is probably better categorized as Country than Keith and while I enjoy them both...I think that Keith has much more vocal range than Brad and Keith Urban is an exceptional muscian. He is and extremely good guitarist; something I would have not known until actually seeing him in concert but that is only a personal opinion

Keith is a good singer w/ emotions in his songs, but BRAD seriously wins this hands down b/c he writes or co writes most of his songs, he plays the guitar really well, and he sings really good and on occasion you can see is softer side such as "She's Everything" and he also does really good at poking fun!! He is just overall good....now i do really like Keith and he is a really good singer, but Brad is far better!
