I reckon that it's between united and chelsea for the title, arsenal, liverpool spurs and maybe newcastle and everton fighting to finish in the next two champions league places.
Sunderland will do ok, man city will improve, Reading will have another steady season. West ham should be a better team, particularly if they can keep Tevez.
Middlesbrough could be a lot better or just struggle for the whole season, Villa, Bolton, Portsmouth and Blackburn could be challenging for a UEFA cup spot
Birmingham may occasionaly struggle but could survive, Derby simply don't seem strong enough, and I reckon Wigan and Fulham could also go down.

I wish this could be different but I expect the top Four to be Chelsea,Liverpool,Man Utd,Arsenal.
Liverpool do have a chance to change the placings but it really does depend on how they get the new players inter grated into the team.
Relegation will be between Derby,Wigan,Bolton and Birmingham
Surprise teams could well be Aston Villa and Manchester City who may well do better than expected and qualify for Europe.

1. Drogba (again!) - 22 goals
2. Rooney - 20 goals
3. Berbatov - 17 goals
4. C. Ronaldo - 15 goals

i think sunderland will avoid the drop, i don't think there's any hope for derby or Birmingham, i think wigan will struggle and go down without Paul Jewell. I think middlesborough will just about avoid the drop after losing Viduka and with the rumours that Yakubu is going to Villarreal
