You know whats funny? All you people that had something to say about this question, took the time to write an "answer". too funny.

On to Mike:

Guilty or not, not going to be the issue. The feds want a conviction. They will use that "conspiracy" crap and get a conviction. Its what they all agree to in place of jail time. That is going to be the real issue. For some of us, any time at all will be too much and for some of you, it will never be enough.

Heres the deal, Vick was indicted by a FEDERAL GRAND JURY. The Feds don't come after you unless they know they've got you by the shorties. He was indicted using a superceeding indictment, meaning the Feds can tack on more charges if the need arises, which it will. Court of public opinion is hard to get around, personally, I believe he did it, knew about it, lied about it etc etc. Opinions are like elbows, everyones got a couple and there's mine. The Feds are saying SIX years in a Fed Penitentiary, this is NO laughing matter folks, Vick is just another soldier who thought he was above the law. Vick has now become the lowest of low, I'm not PETA but I like dogs and the OTL interview with the informant was pretty convincing. The other three men involved in this will no doubt plea to lesser charges and roll Vick up. It seems funy now Vicks little brother Marcus is the 'good' one....

Unortunately his guilt or innocence is not up to us...but his stupidity was a gift to us all! Everything to lose and nothing to gain from this kind of conduct. Does that remind us of anyone else....I was going to list a few examples, but you can substitute any number of young rich "celebrities" whether they are in sports, music, or movies.

Trust me, I am in no way a Vick-hater. I loved what he did at VT and was a fan on the pro level as well, but when will these guys learn they need to separate themselves from certain elements or pay the consequences? He is in no way a "target" or "victim" because of his celebrity. Any punishment that comes from this is his responsibility and burden alone.

A new record, went like 2 hours without yet ANOTHER question on whether we think he is guilty or not, or another Vick question. Personally I tried to stop thinking about him.

Do I think he saw a dogfight? Yes, even Clinton Portis know what spot to see a dogfight in his hometown city.
Did he put money on it? Yes its like gambling lots of the star and people gamble
Would he be found guilty? Lets think about, is he a famous star who has 130 million dollar contract? Yes
Does star commit crimes and get away with it-Yes
Back to your questions- he will get away with it

His punishment will be atleast missed a season and will have to pay up the season. He would go back with the team, just like Kobe people will hate that and want him to be in jail but will continue to do his stuff in ATL Falcons

Whether he is convicted or not, he owns the property and could not possibly have not known what was going on there. As I have said before his punishment ought to be put in the pit with a starving, beaten, angry pit bull. Both would have the right to use what ever they want.
