I think so. One time, going to work at 4 AM in Las Vegas, I saw a point of light up in the dark sky. It was zipping this way and that, then around, back, sideways.
Faster and at more odd angles than I've ever seen a plane do.

well, i cant say yes or no.. or in short i dont really know..
they have this researches, scientific evidences etc.. and i guess this will go on forever.. i think what i wanna say is seeing is believing... :)
