I just can't seem to be very distinct with my answer to this question. I need like 4-5 numbered responses. Please help.

Waves in water are caused by circular motion of the water particles. Although particles don't move forward the wave does.

Sound waves are when particles move back and forth. Once again the wave moves forward but the air particles don't.

In all waves the wave moves forward but the "medium" through which the wave moves doesn't.

Most waves are demonstrated by particles moving up and down .
