In the north temperate latitudes, Mars rises around 1:00 AM daylight time. It's the bright star about 7° to the west (right) of the Pleiades.

It's in the morning sky, about 3-4 hours before sunrise and up to first twilight. Not very bright and not spectacular except in a very powerful telescope at this time.
