i need money to fix my laptop/buy a new one cuz my sister somehow broke it and my parents are playing "tough love" and won't lend me money to fix it up.... i really need this computer, im dying! help please?

Most ideas that have the word "scheme" in them are not suitable for anyone. Ask your parents if you can do extra work around the house. Perhaps they will let you deliver newspapers. If nothing works you may just be out of luck for a while.

So if your not going to steal or sell drugs, and your not going to get a job, your screwed...Have a garage sale, make a lemonade stand, cut lawns, shovel driveways, that should get you 15 dollars.

Sell stuff for people on eBay. I hope this suggestion doesn't make you too depressed. But it will get you pretty rich.
