I was touring a historic house once and when I entered the living room I couldn't breath. It was the most horrible sense of sadness and heaviness. Hard to explain, but, I left immediately.

Yes. I found or felt nothing that frightened or threatened me. The cold spots are normal. A brushing touch not threatening. An attempt to communicate not unusual.

been in one which had an Erie sensation which is hard to describe as there was no real fear or threat to me. however, there was a feeling of overpowering sadness as if the house or former occupants had some serious misfortune which they were unable to complete or communicate to others.

Not a house, just my son's bedroom; and the presence only affects females; me in particular; this may be because of my strong beliefs in spirits (not ghost, in particular, but spirits).
