You will need to check with your local colleges and universities. Some do offer childcare for their students, especially those that cater to the "nontraditional" (older) students. Sometimes it depends on how many students request the service. I know the college I attended did have this service, but not every semester. I'm not sure if there was a cost involved since my kids were older and I didn't need the service.

Do you mean colleges which have daycare programs, colleges where your children can live with you in the dorms, or colleges where you can bring your children to class with you? The first is pretty common; the others are rare, if they exist at all.

I have had people in my classes bring their kids- like on days when school gets out early or something- but it cant be a routine thing. Some places have child care centers at the school that you can pay by the hour

You mean bring them to class? I think most colleges would frown on that. Some colleges have on-campus child care that you could use while you are in class.

just look at places u want to go to on the internet, and on their sites they should say if they have family friendly housing(meaning students with kids/husband). also, many universities have little kid schools on campus, where students sometimes observe the kids for their research. u could have ur kid go there.
