It smarts for that quick rip off but thats it. the skin feels itchy after but they put some kind of soothing cream there and it feels like heaven. I get my lip done too, THAT hurts. The eyes, not so much.

Not if you go to someone who knows what they are doing. If the wax is too hot, let them know (I once had my skin peel off because the wax was too hot and I didn't say anything). Also, there is less pain and redness if the waxer takes the strip away and immediately presses her hand against the area. I go about every 4 months and I don't even feel it anymore. Just make sure you go somewhere that has trained waxers!

No, I've been getting mine done since I was 11 or 12, they hurt momentarly but it's not that bad at all. It's so much better and easier than plucking. If you have sensitive skin you might want totake 200 mg of tylonol or a similar medication. This will ease any pain that you might have, but I asure you there most likely won't be. Good luck.

The first time hurts alittle but the more you get it done the less it seems to hurt, I think its because you know what to expect and the hair isnt as corse.
I only get mine waxed now!

ok if u can pluck ur eyebrowns then u can get them waxed without a problem and it lasts alot longer to the only problem is making sure they dont do them to thin

No well It does hurt a little but it goes away! Its better then torturing yourself for 15 minutes while you pluck every little hair!

No, not really. I have my done every time I get my hair cut, and it doesn't hurt nearly as much as plucking, and it's over with a lot faster.

no. my friend had them done and she said that it didn't hurt at all. she said it was SO much less painful than plucking. its very quick. she barely even knew they had waxed them when they did. it didn't hurt :D

the anticipation is worse than the pain!
Plus it is worth it because your brow line will look soo clean and nice. Nice brows and good skin is all you really need, maybe a little powder and some mascara and your gorgeous!
DO IT, it's worth it!!

it only hurts for the first few seconds the first couple of times...the pain will go away but you will be red for a while each time
