I think they are mean/ugly when they mistreat people - especially people who are just looking for help.
When you belittle people for what you perceive is a weakness, instead of making yourself bigger, you make yourself smaller.
I don't care about looks on the outside, I care about people treat others and the earth.

Well you could be ugly physically and beautiful on the inside, which in my eyes would automatically make you a beautiful person.
Vice versa goes if you are a beautiful personally physically but ugly on the inside.
Whats inside is the decideing feature.

I think the main things that make a person ugly are pride and having a bad attitude all the time. A person doesn't have to look hot or sexy to be the right one for you.

I think a person who honestly believes they are better than someone just because of how they look is ugly. I think a person who makes people feel very small are ugly. I think a person who takes advantage of another is ugly. I think anyone who is totally fake is ugly.

when a person's attitude is negative, cruel, deceiving, and everything someone doesn't like, they become ugly to me. i could have thought of them as attractive before, but if they have an ugly personality; there appearance changes in my eyes to how they are in the inside.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think an ugly person is someone who is cruel, mean, selfish, and just plain having a lack of concern for their fellow human being.
