If you use an 8" x 3" baking tray for each one ... and some two pack epoxy to seal them then, you probably could. In fact you could make an entire bran muffin apartment building that way with enough enthusiasm.
Establish the "Grow Your Own Apartment Building from Bran Muffins Baked By Oprah on Crack Foundation"... I will help build if you do the baking.

I might be wrong but I believe manna in the Bible is most closely associated with a type of fowl meat. The meat (manna) described is closest to quail in consistency, flavor, and texture. This is why it spoiled very quickly.
