I use a kanga hammer on those, you just have to keep chipping away at the edges until a crack appears and then you wedge something hard in as far as you can. Well, that's what I like to do most of the time, anyway.

You are really out of luck. They are totally unable to be cut, even by a diamond bladed saw.

You'll need a diamond tipped blade, or a woman on PMS. The latter is more effective.
