When you travel on foot on a city?
When you carry with you a notebook computer?
When you live in a cold city?

What do you usually use in this circumstances? Raincoat, umbrella, both?

I'm moving to Canada soon, and I'm not used to rain where I currently live.

RAIN COAT! If it is very windy do not open your umbrella suggestion visit Windy City Chicago for my point exactly.

If it is light drizzle and no wind then yes by all means use an umbrella.

Use a good raincoat and yes umbrella is always very handy. If you own a car then there is not much of a problem except when you gotta get out of the car. Umbrella and coats are always handy when you go out.
