Is there any way to change ACA to AKC?

No. Both parents of your dog must be AKC registered in order for your dog to be eligible. If both the parents were AKC, you could have the breeder register that litter. Then you would get puppy papers from her, which you would then use to register your dog with the AKC. If you have any other questions, email me. My mom breeds and shows boxers.
