I think it depends on what state you are in. You personnel office should have a info poster on workers comp posted in a conspicious place along with other info posters..like wage and hour, sexual harassment, etc...look for that in your office...there should be a number you could call to find out...you can also look on your state's website (usually state name.gov) and look for the dept of workers comp and it should have theamount posted there. good luck

i'm not sure but i think that it depends on where u live and what kind of work u do. For example, i believe that in Maryland they will pay upto 60%

It's either 60 or 80 percent. You might want to refer to your company handbook or call human resources.

80 % and all medical but keep track of mileage because you can reimbursed for all the medical trips you need to make
