Hi,
If it is rotated around the origin it will be located at (-4,-1).
If you had this point drawn on graph paper and you put a pencil point at the origin and then turned the paper 90° counter clockwise, its new position would be at (-4,-1).

This is either a trick question or you are missing information. (-1,4) is the coordinate of a point. You cannot rotate a point.
