No Tense Error.

Only one glaring Grammatical (punctuation) Mistake is the First Letter of Every Sentence should beging with a Capital Letter.
Sentence a) given in the question should read as:

a) Home computers are becoming more and more popular.

For D and E, you don't have to use "are." Try something like "As soon as you use the computer, you realize how helpful it is," or "When you buy a computer, you get a lot of free software." The way you have it now sounds a bit awkward. Other than that, it looks OK--though remember to capitalize at the beginning of every sentence.
