You can set a computer password in your BIOS. This is done mostly when you set up the computer for the first time, but you can do it now by going to settings.

You can set a password up on the BIOS, so windows wont even boot up without it. Enter the BIOS setup (as soon as the PC starts, it will tell you to enter a key to enter setup, F2, DEL, etc). Look for the option to set a system password, then you will be all set. It should be in a security section, if not just look around.
Just don't forget the password, you will have to dismantle the case, and move parts around to reset the password if you forget it.

You can create a log on password through control panel,or if you want extra security you can make it where you need to put in a floppy disk with a password on it to access the PC,but if you loose the disk you cant log on. Go to tweakxp.com and look under security for help full hints.

This makes no sense. The log in passwords limit access to valid user accounts. Each user account is unique and cannot be seen by others.
There is no way to do what you ask and no need to do so.
