Sounds like you are trying to access this site at work or at school. It is blocked because you are not permitted to access it from either of these places.
If you keep trying to access it or one of the "work arround" modes you will be found out and lose your pc access. Your boss may fire you (I make it a practice, as a Network Manager, to immediately block all computer use from each person who tries to work around a blocked forbidden site; when they contact me asking why, I tell them their boss needs to call me, I tell their boss that the person has lost his / her computer use privledges for continual accessing forbidden sites. That usually gets them fired; if not they have to work without computers and ultimately that gets them fired.)
Don't do this. You will be caught. You will ultimately pay the price.

Its very easy. You use a site unblocker like http://kwiq.net or http://zelj.com . Just go to either of those sites and you'll find a link to myspace there. Click on that link and myspace will be unblocked.
