I say Chicken as it is all I have had...I plan on trying to make a seafood one soon though. Where can I find a pigeon here?

Lamb is always king for me.

Ahhhhhh treed has fenugreek which is too bitter for me, take it out and I like it a lot. Sha'ariah (is pasta right?) that was my fav. growing up because it is so versatile! You can make it so many ways....but you can do that with couscous too.
So there is a tie between those two, *sigh* I just don't know.

Oh you guys are making me hungry. I can't wait to try Moroccan quisine. Especially lamb, cuz I've only eaten it a couple of times at the local Greek fairs.
