1-You should see what the model number and the manufacturer of the video card is.
2-Go to the manufaturer's website and download the driver (usually under download or support.)
3-After downloading, install the software;-> It is good to check their website often, as you will (usually) always find updates and fixes from the older drivers/softwares.

If you can go to the video card manufacturer's web site you will find the driver there. If you need to use a different pc you can then either burn it to a cd or copy to a floppy and transfer if nothing else.
