Im having a very difficult problem here for the last 3 days Ive been tryin to dwnld movies & music videos to computer then try to burn on cd any wizes out there that can help out? thanks and respect.

From your rather poor English composition skills, I am assuming that you have donwloaded a movie to your pc.
You now want to burn it to a disc. You need a DVD Read / Writer, not a regular CD read / writer. A regular CD read / writer will not copy DVDs. You also need DVD disc blanks, not regular CD disc blanks.
I suspect you do not have a DVD writer.
