I recently got this laptop after it was wiped clean, I don't know if it has a wireless card or not. I wonder if I just need to install the drivers to get it working. Thanks for the help.

If Windows is still installed (despite the computer being "wiped clean--that can mean a lot of things), go to Control Panel, then System, then Devices and look for Network Adapters. That will tell you.

You can always look up the model number too, using Yahoo or Google.

Go to where you know a wireless router is close. Then click control panel / network connections. If you have a wireless card it will show that connection( wireless connection so and so etc... OR control panel/system/device manager/net work adapter. If you have a net work wireless card it will list it there. Then all you have to do is set up a connection with your isp, wireless router and modem. If you dont have a wireless card you can purchase a card or a usb device for wireless connectivity TigerDirect.com or newegg.com are your best bet( cardssize may differ with computer manufacturer a usb device is universal to all newwer lap tops A card might be best purchased from computer mfgr.
