First off, The biggest problem will be the inequity of the trade. Beyond that, Mourning will RETIRE before he gets traded. That's just my gut feeling. He wants to retire from the HEAT.
Even if it could happen, i doubt that it would happen.

The only player that would perhaps change anything on any team in this trade is Alonzo Morning, and he would only make a difference for a year most likely because after next season he will most likely retire.

The heat have absolutely no reason why they would want to trade Alonzo Mourning, so that would kill the deal
