Healthy ways of course. I'm extremely irritated and angry tonight.. and everyone around me is fueling the fire. what are some ways I can deal with this without letting everyone know how much they are bothering me?

Go running. I felt this way last wednesday. I couldda killed someone. It worked for me!!!!

Honestly, just get away from it all. Go out for a jog/run/walk to clear your mind. Like some people said, go to the gym. Right now your mind is overworked and you have plenty of bottled up emotions inside. So, do yourself a favor and let it all out. Vent your pent up energy in a healthy way by working it though your body.

Don't be lazy about it... really get out there and work out the kinks by exercising. When your body is physically exhausted nothing will feel better than a nice shower and then you can curl up in bed to read, watch tv, or call it a night.

If everyone else is bugging you then remove yourself from everyone. Take the time to yourself to relax and work out the kinks, you'll feel much better in the morning! good luck!

I usually go to an arcade with good games that have fully automatic weapons, a few bucks later and I'm alright ! Just empty a few clips into a person on a video game, you'll feel much better.

Take a deep breath and be alone for a while. Don't let people get to you right now because you make regret the outcome in the end.

Get away from everyone, close your eyes, and pretend you are lying in the sand on the beach. Let your imagination work from there. You will start feeling better. I have also heard that if you make yourself smile long enough, your brain will start thinking your happy, and you will feel better.

Meditation? But I'd take up and nice active activity. Maybe karate, kick boxing in the future.
Karate, helped me in so many ways. Its total discipline and insight helped me become strong and over come my anger and make changes in my life.

Put on your gym clothes and hit the weights. Vigorous exercise is the best way to get rid of stress, anger, etc etc. In my opinion anyway.

Going to the gym and use their punching bag.
Go for a walk
Get out of the house for a few hours
The last one always helps me when everyone in the house is bugging the crap out of me.

Go for a shower. If you're a Muslims, go for a cleaning with water for prayers.

it is a fact that excercise reduces stress. hit the gym, do aerobics, weights, run,etc...
take plenty of deep breaths also, and don't forget about listening to your favorite music and songs.
