Mame Delay help?

Question

I downloaded the MAME emulation and Cadillac and Dinosaurs rom and when i play it lags?what is the problem?

Also when i minimize the game the sound would go normal but when i play the game the sound go delay too?

What version of MAME are you using?

I tested it on my computer and all speed was normal (video and sound) its either an issue of tweaking the games settings, or getting an different version of mame. I tested on MAME32 PLUS ver 0.115
