The motherboard is ATX format, an industry standard size and the case supports both ATX and micro-ATX. You are all set. Have fun building your computer.

1) motherboards come in different form factors. the most common are ATX, mini-ATX, and micro-ATX. you need to make sure that the case you get will support the form factor of your motherboard. mid-towers and full-towers will fit all of those types. 2) theres no way to really know if a processor will bottleneck a graphics card or not except for experience. however, there is not actual compatibility issues between the CPU and graphics card, so long as the motherboard supports both of them. general rule of thumb tho, if you are putting in a good graphics card, dont put an old CPU (like a celeron) in or even the low end of the current line (Core 2 Duo @ 1.6Ghz for example) EDIT: Looks good man! All those parts will work very well together. The socket type of the motherboard matches the cpu and the case supports ATX, which is what the motherboard is.

the mobo will fit no problem the vid card on the other hand will be the concern. i got the antec 900 case and it fits fine. another good case is the thermaltake armor series. pretty sure the 8800gts will not fit in that case due to the cards length and case layout.

no problem because the case was designed for an ATX motherboard, which the motherboard that you chose is.
