can any one help me how i can recover my dell inspiron 700m to its original state?

i bought this computer about a year ago, and i really want to recover it. i have already backed up all my informetion already. i guess there is a key that you should press while restarting your computer i forgot it.

insert the cd that came with it and reinstall everything, but make sure to back-up ur data first b/c the hd will get wiped out.
