As someone who lives in a hurricane-prone area (AL Gulf Coast), I am always amused by the predictions of the so-called experts. We never really worry about it until the period from about mid-August to mid-October; anything outside that time frame is likely to be fairly weak.

Think there's a major storm or tsunami that gonna hit the Florida area. It's still hurricane season.
