There is a site I once found that I believe uses Zillow or Trulia to display a line graph of housing prices over time. I would like to be able to view the housing prices for certain types of houses (i.e. 3 bedroom versus 4 bedroom) by zipcode or address over time. Does anyone know of a site that lets me view this type of graph?

The only place on line I am aware that offers such information all nice and neat per your desires is on the multiple listing service. To gain access it is really easy. First you go to school then get licensed, then join your local real estate association which all cost money. OR, you could contact a Realtor in your area.
