I don't know why you put the question as secret desire? I think most people want all of these , but if I had to choose one, It would have to be HEALTH, because when you don't have it you have nothing at all.

Well, if I were to not be honest, I would say to be loved. But since you said secret desire... to be perfect. I feel like I'm pretty well off, just not enough.
