You could go on-line but it best to wait until you get to Vegas. They have coupons books in cabs, at the monorail station and in hotels. The "What's On" magazine in all of the hotels have lots of coupons.

dining vouchers at restaurants.com are pretty good. Join tripadvisor.com Vegas forum, it's amazing for info.
Google vegas coupons for locals and you'll find an awesome site with some good coupons.

When you get there you can get them everywhere, but don't take any from the guys who whistle on the street. my fiance' did and traded them like playing cards making a joke. It was very funny. You'll understand what I am talking about when you go.
