No you cannot, why would you want to. If there is something wrong with it your one year of Applecare will fix it.
If not there is always eBay or Craigs List

Not if you've used it. If you haven't, then you can try if you have the receipt still. You also might be able to ask about a trade-in if you'd like to get a different computer instead. Your warrenty should cover it if it's broken.
