I don't know why Yahoo would delete a question like that. It seems if a kid is asking for help in a situation like that it should be a blessing!! The answer is to just stop. It sounds hard but I smoked for years and the only way to quit is to do just that. As for the drinking, you would need to change your lifestyle, make new friends for awhile. If you are around kids that drink and smoke it's not going to be easy to quit, you are still going to drink and smoke. Hang around with new friends or by yourself.
Good luck,
Tess :)

I agree with HobbesMom. You are only 15, how long could you have been doing all this? The worst case i've ever heard of was a alchoholic nine-year-old (sad). You shouldn't be doing either of those things at all. Where are your parents? You should probably tell them, they'll help you out.
Just quit it, cold trukey. It's not walk-in-the-park, but it's the only way to get it outa ya since you're not old enough for the majority of the drugs they can give you for it.
You can do it! Just believe in yourself!
As for the question getting deleted. Dont' get offended by it. Yahoo Answers can be dumb sometimes.

As to why it got deleted who knows they've deleted questions of mine before (usually about the local college I went to and I can never figure out why) but it is good that you are young so you can quit drinking and smoking easily. Whatever the source is that you are getting that stuff try to cut it out and if that doesn't work just look at all the celebrities you hear about like lindsay lohann and what alcohol does to her. I know you don't want to become like that. So just think of people like that and that might be enough to make you quit just because you want better for yourself.

Try using the gum to help, but when quitting any addiction you need to find something healthy to focus on instead. When you get a craving do something that keeps your attention-draw, listen to music, read, something. If it's really bad then maybe look into some sort of counseling.
Good Luck and don't let other people make you down about it.

Chantix is a prescription that is used to help control nicotine addiction and is a pill. It has also shown to help curb drinking in some studies.
This is only available through a physician, but to my knowledge is only available for adult use.
Counseling and therapy can also be of some benefit for drinking. Nicotine gun and patches can be used for smoking as well.

Someone probably reported it. You can try Nicorette for the smoking. For drinking just stop drinking. Don't have any alcohol around you.

Isn't there laser treatment for smoking?
Drinking is harder, you just have to do it the hard way and keep it out of your life until you can handle doing it with a limit.
