Without details it's difficult to tell if you heve a case or not. There are a lot of factors involved, including the jurisdiction (where you are, where the alleged incident occurred), who was involved, how severe the conduct was, how frequently it occurred, whether you are filing criminal or civil proceedings, is there a precedent, etc. Usually when you ask three lawyers you get five opinions.

Most lawyers will accept a viable opportunity, or at least refer you to someone who can handle the case load. The fact that you're not getting much of a response indicates that your case may not be as viable as you'd hoped.

Depending on the nature of the problem, there may be other avenues - getting law enforcement involved; filing a work-related claim through the dept of labor (www.dol.gov) or Equal Employment Opportunity commission(www.eeoc.gov);
filing a complaint with the better business bureau or a state agency like the medical review board, bar association, etc. If you really feel that your situation has merit, I'd encourage you to explore some other angles. Many agencies will file a claim/complaint on your behalf at no charge to you.

Good luck.
Sorry.....

An honest lawyer won't file a suit unless they think you have a reasonable chance of winning. Some cases are pretty cut and dried, but for many, different lawyers can have different opinions. But if you've seen three lawyers and nobody has called you back, it's not sounding real good.

Since you don't give any info as to what your case is about and what your arguments are, there's no way that anyone, no matter how familiar with the law, can give you a sensible response here, since they wouldn't have any info to base their opinion on.

The smart-a** answer is right. If you had a case, don't you think they would have called you back?? Jeez, think for a minute, huh?

PS-how could anyone help, when you forgot to give details? Nice job.

Does the fact they seem to be blowing you off tell you anything?
