I like anime.I have 3 friends(one is my cousin). One friend(seemingly) has no interest in anime at all, and one has a slight interest, and one is a total maniac like me. These the first two people haven't been the best lately to me, but I want them(or someone) to go to an anime convention that happens on November 2-4. Should I just go with the one friend( If our parents can somehow scrap the money for hotel fees with their "poor" selves), or should I trick the other two into going somehow? And how could I trick them? And, most of all, how can 13-y-o's scrap up enough for a one-room $129(if 4 people)/$109(if 2 people) a night fee for this thing!! And HOW should I ask my parents!!

Ok, it sounds like u have a slim chance of going to this anime con, but I'm sure ur parents will maybe say yes if u start to raise the money first and be really nice to them the whole time as well.
As for your 2 other friends, the one who doesn't like anime will probably never go, srry to say. As for the one who kinda likes it, she might go if u con her into it. And if all else fails u still have the other friend who adores anime (LIKE ME!!!!!!!!).
U can probably get enough money ($$$) by selling ur stuff on eBay / yard sale, having a bakesale, babysitting, mowing lawns. There are plenty of opportunities and making that much money isn't hard if u combine the babysitting and mowing lawns + any extra help u have from friends and family.
O, and even if some of ur friends don't go u could also ask them to help u get the money.

you would have plenty of time to earn this money yourself by November, that is 4 months away. you could wash cars, babysit, clean houses, tutor a younger kid in homework. I am sure if you were to put forth some effort and save some $ your parents would find the other part of it for you.why would you want to spend time with 2 people who haven't been all that nice?

Wouldn't tricking them make the whole matter worse? Just tell them each honestly and see what they can do...
