I just found out that he had a child (which i knew was happening) HOWEVER he named the boy a name that we would have named OUR baby..one we picked out when and if the time came. Now I'm a bit depressed for some reason. Is this normal ?? I'm doing great till now. DO you think that is a little bit spiteful ? Asshole ? Or should I just TRY not to think about it ? IT is very hard for me.

Even though you are happier without him, some sadness is normal. The reason unhappy people stay together for so long is because they are stuck on the idea of how they want things to be and not how they are. When you were with him, you were probably looking forward to your future together and wanted all your future dreams to come true. By getting divorced you accepted the way things were and gave up on that dream of how you wanted them to be. Now that he used the baby name, he reminded you of that idealized dream relationship. You are mourning the loss of what you wanted your future to be. Instead you should celebrate the reality of your life.

Kinda late not to start thinking about it,isnt it? For whatever reason he did it despite knowing very well it was going to upset you but now you must get over this as all the hatred you feel inside you for him, nothing is going to change it. Its done and time to move on beyond this. Just think of it as a sort of living memory to you for the good times you did have once.

You need to get on with your life. You seem to have a good start; if ex liked the name, it isn't surprising that he gave it to the new baby.

talk it out in your mind until the hurt is out of your soul and get on with your life befor you wast to much time lying with dogs focus on your owen fire and passion get back felling good about you.

he might have wished the chile was yours.. but is was not... he made his choice in the end.. now he has to live with it..get your great revenage. live life to the fullest.. be all you can be.. and in the end have a great family

why is what he is naming his child even a concern to you? you can name your child anything you want (right), unresolved feelings about your ex?
