Well, reformed means changed... I would say that this means he used to sleep around but, because of you he only wants to be with one person now.
He was a whore... now he is a reformed whore, it's good news.

I would say hes admitting to a life he had before meeting you and by his guilt is admitting it to you. Hes clearing the slate and being honest with you before you accidentally discover his past and then problems arise. Remember we all had a life before marriage some worse than others but still one none the less. So accept his admission for what it is and move on to more important things like your wedding. I know exactly what it means!!! It means that in his old days before he met you he would have been sleeping around, but being with you has changed him.
But that doesn't mean he has been faithful, he could be trying to throw you off the trail...

He meant to reassure you in his own misguided but well intentioned way................that he may have run around before he was blessed enough to have you say yes...............but that his running days are over. He may be clumsy with his words, but if you find him to be generally honest, he thought he was complimenting you. This probably won't be the last time he confuses you either. Hang in there

it means you should be very careful, sounds like this guy was sleeping around with anyone willing before you came along. I think you should make sure you use protection until you know for sure
