So yesterday i visited the old spaghetti factory in Denver. Well we waited 15 mins to get seated and this guy brought us cheese bread we didn't order we thought it was the normal bread so we ate it. Then in another 15 mins are waitress can to get are order well my sister is older then 12 and wanted a kids meal and so she said she couldn't do it and we were like okay thats fine we don't want you to get in trouble, so we gave her are order. Then we had to wait another 20mins for are drinks and the lady brings us are salads at the same time and throws it front of us and then tells us were lucky we don't have to pay for the damn cheese bread. So were like can we talk to your manager? While shes getting her manager my sister fines a huge hair in her salad! So we tell the manager and hes like it's cause you couldn't order off the kids meal isn't it? We were like no its how rude she was and the hair in the salad. Then he laughs at us and tells us he'll pay for her meal so we left

I'd think you planted the hair, too.

If the kids' menu said "12 and under" then they have every right to enforce that as a policy that you were well informed of.

Waits are common-- especially on a Friday at a big chain restaurant.

The comment about the cheesebread is bad service-- although I'd wager that the waitress ended up having to pay for the bread herself. If you didn't order the bread, you had a duty to tell the waitress and send it back.

So all in all, I'd say you had a bad experience that 70% of which you brought on yourselves. If you were drunk, obnoxious, rude, or loud, then I'd say its 90 to 100% on you.

Spaghetti factory is a place you need inexpensive food and a place for a lot of friends. Its also a good date place because you can get out for under $30, with dessert and coffee too!

We have one here in St. Louis where I live. I researched it on the web and read some comments before I went and came across a few bad ones. I still went and I didn't have any problems with the service or the food. I guess every restaurant will have complaints against them but sometimes ya just gotta go and see for yourself.

If I were you I would never go back to that place. Hair in food makes me wanna vomit!

Please learn the difference between our and are.

our = The possessive determiner of the personal pronoun "we". Our order, our drinks, our salads
are = a verb that means "to be". You are not very good at grammar.
