Unique don't have to be strange or meaningless in my opinion. Look for unique names in history or mythology.
Blanca (medieval queen of Sweden)

no offense to those who suggested names but most are so silly sounding
be unique and give the child a decent normal non wacky spelled or pronounced name
so they don't go thru life having to explain their name!
