I think that the greatest drummers is John H. Bonham because he had an unique way to play. The violent beats on his drums made change the way to play it.

Of course the fist one that comes to mind is John Bonham, but that seems a bit passe.
But, I always likes Randy Castillo, R.I.P., as well.
