i am interested in moving to NC and i was hoping someone could give me information on warrenton, severn, or cerro gordo.

All of these 3 small towns are VERY small and VERY rural!

Warrenton and Severn are near the Virginia border and easily accessible to either the I-85 or I-95 interstates. Both are primarily farming communities - tobacco, cotton, or peanuts. The nearest city of any consequence would be Raleigh or Durham.

Cerro Gordo is also a very small town way out on the middle of nowhere, but probably more of a "bedroom" community to Wilmington, the southern NC beaches and Myrtle Beach, SC. More likely to receive hurricane weather and also a bit warmer in the summer than the other towns.

I am not familiar with the towns/cities you have listed above, but I moved to New Bern over 8 years ago from New Hampshire. Where do you live? What would be your reason for moving to NC? Mine was - to get away from the cold weather and all the snow that we had to shovel and or plow before we could go to work the next day. We love it down here! What information were you looking for in particular?
