Are you going to drink it? Generally I would say no, but if you are trying to condition him for breeding, it might be okay. I doubt that it would be very good for the babies, but I don't know... If they already bred, you don't need to continue conditioning them though...

no becuase it will not do anything good and can affect the eggs for the worest.
If you are trying to lower the ph inorder to get more females, you should use almond leaves, banana leaves or nothing.
i dont know where u heard to put in tea bags, but it will not do anything and can only cause your tank to crash.

No, any changes in water condition may affect the eggs/frys.
