Plastic surgery is an interesting thing to me, so I've read a lot about it.
Not all breast jobs result in scars. Through the belly button breast job leaves only a scar in your belly button, which is not visible. It's also the safest method. If you're concerned about scarring, through the armpit is also a good way to go- the scar is very small and barely visible, if visible at all. Any other method will most likely leave a scar.
All implants need to be replaced after a certain amount of years for safety reasons, no matter who the surgeon is, in which case you can opt to replace them or not.
You will definitely want to have a board certified surgeon. If he / she is not, do not trust them. Also, just because he / she is a board certified surgeon doesn't mean they're great or perfectly safe.
You need to research this much more. Hope you make a safe decision.

Depending on the method of implant insertion you are going to have some type of scarring. If implants are placed in either through the nipple area or at the bottom of the boob you are going to have a scar, but usually this scar becomes a fine line after time. Another method is going in through the belly button. Dr. Rey from E!'s Dr.90210 advertises this method, why not, your belly button is already a scar, so if you go through there you will never see it. If you ever watch the show you can see the procedure on how it is done. Lastly implants do have to be replaced after around 7-10 years. I added in Dr. Rey's website for you so you can do additional research. Very informative site. Good doctor too, my wife has chosen him for when she gets a boob lift after we have our second kid.

scarring depends on your individual skins ability to regenerate after surgery. some people get scars more easily then others. take a look at your hands, arms, legs...do you have a lot of scars? if so this means that you probably scar easily and will continue to do so if you have this surgery. if you don't you have a decent chance of walking away without a scar. of course the better your doctor the less of a scar you should have too.
implants are high maintence. you're going to have to get them either taken out or redone every 10 years due to sagging and general damage. if thats something you think you want to do and think you'll have hte money to maintain down the road, go for it. when it comes to this you could have the best doc in the world but come 10 years, you're going to need a replacement/lift. the extra weight will definintly make your skin sag in that area. plus when you take the out if you ever decide you don't want them the chances of ever looking perfectly normal as you did before surgery are not the best.

Not every patient has scars after implants. I would do a lot of research about doctors in your area and the types of implants they do. Think about it fully before you do it. I used to think about getting them. Then my breasts seemed to blow up when i gained weight! I have to say, it's not all i thought it would be. They get in the way more than i realized. But, think about it, do your research and do what makes you happy :-)

not all jobs leave scars, some are inserted through the belly button area and inflated in the breast. Also most are removed later or replaces. if you have no boobs bet them, but if you just want to be bigger, dont cuz most people or guys hate fake boobs.

According to the literature you will be a bad candidate for nursing a child. The implants seep.

getting breast implants is much more trouble than the worth. you would have to get an MRI every few years to make sure they haven't ruptured (the risks of which are currently unknown). breast implants make self-exams & mammograms less accurate. since one's breasts are squeezed during a mammogram, there is a risk that the implant will rupture (the risks of which, as i said before, are currently unknown).
think this through very carefully. a significant percentage of those who get implants have to have another operation.
being of smaller size myself, i'd like to suggest padded bras. :]
